✅ Requirements:
You must be logged in to your Fyatu account.
Your account must be KYC verified.
The minimum amount to send is $10.
A 7% fee applies to all Mobile Money transfers (regardless of the country or operator).
You need the Mobile Money phone number (in international format with a
+sign) and the full name of the receiver as registered on the Mobile Money account.You must know your PIN code to confirm the transfer securely.
🔄 Steps to Send to Mobile Money:
Click on the Transfer menu.
From the Destination dropdown, select the country you want to send money to.
Select the Mobile Money provider available in that country (e.g., MTN, Orange, M-Pesa, Airtel, etc.).
Enter the Mobile Money phone number of the receiver in international format (e.g.,
+243...).Enter the full name of the receiver as registered on the Mobile Money account.
Enter the amount to send.
Click Confirm to review the transfer summary.
Enter your PIN code to confirm securely.
Click Send Money to complete the transfer.
