Why can’t I deposit using Mobile Money in my country?

There are a few reasons why Mobile Money deposits may not be available in your country:

  • Fyatu has no official integration with Mobile Money providers or payment aggregators in your country.

  • Mobile Money operations are temporarily suspended due to internal reasons.

  • Fyatu has permanently stopped supporting Mobile Money in your country.

If it's a temporary suspension, you’ll see a notification in your account.

⏳ When will it be available again?

It depends on the reason. Sometimes it’s resolved in a few days, sometimes a few weeks.
